Health is the absence (or a low level) of illness, injury or disease. Wellness is the pursuit of your best possible state of health along with other aspects of your overall well-being. Those other aspects are the emotional, mental and spiritual areas of your life.

Welcome to my site!

It is simple and down-to-earth and it might even be a bit old-fashioned, but it has great content.

Back when I wore a suit and tie, I was the purchasing supervisor at a large vocational school.

Then I switched careers and became an economic trends analyst. I wrote reports on economic trends and prepared short-term economic projections for various metropolitan areas across the United States.

By the way, researching and writing about economic trends is really not as dull and boring as it might sound!

Now, I focus on a few special projects, such as this site that allows me to share useful information about health, wellness and self-improvement.
